Nigerian-born, Chicago-based painter Luke Agada makes his first solo show at Sean Kelly with new paintings and drawings. Taking a cue from Yeats's "the center will not hold," he treats the center as a negotiated space where memory and belonging persist through displacement. Dreamlike figures, fragmented architecture and biomorphic forms suggest identity is continually assembled rather than inherited. On view through October 31.
