Caputo Bagels opened October 5 at 81 Fifth Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Fifth-generation baker James Caputo and restaurateur Rafi Hasid make hand-rolled sourdough bagels from a starter at least 45 years old, with cream cheeses, sandwiches, pastries and coffee. The Lard Provolone Bagel is $4.
