Alessandro Pessoli: NY Window
On view · Sep 9 – Oct 31
Italian-born, Los Angeles-based Alessandro Pessoli fills the street-corner window space at 91 Walker Street with 57 new works on paper, hung from floor to ceiling around the interior. The drawings pick up scenes from Americana, religious imagery, politics and daily life, with figures and animals caught between desire, boredom and consequence. The window can be viewed from the sidewalk at any hour, through October 31.
