Curator Olivia Shao draws roughly fifty works on paper from the Burger Collection in Hong Kong, which holds more than 1,000. Twenty-nine artists from around the world are shown, with Hong Kong and New York as twin reference points and Eastern thought and Western philosophy as guiding frames. Japanese participants include Hiroshi Sugito and Tadanori Yokoo. The show fills the whole gallery, then travels to Asia Society Hong Kong in 2027 in an expanded form.
