Hiroshi Sugimoto returns to Lisson in New York with a show built around his Diorama series, begun in 1975 at the American Museum of Natural History. Works made over five decades appear alongside new 2025 photographs, newly enlarged negatives and washi-paper screens. The exhibition looks at how photography treats staged, artificial nature, and it runs at the gallery's West 24th Street space until October 24.
