Bark Barbecue Opens Its Bushwick Flagship

Bark Barbecue, known for Dominican flavors cooked with Texas technique, now has an 8,000-square-foot Bushwick space. Look for smoked brisket, fried pork belly, maduros and the Tres Golpes sandwich of pulled pork, fried cheese and sweet plantains.
