James Perkins returns to Hannah Traore Gallery with works made by leaving silk stretched on wooden frames in outdoor sites, including Fire Island, the Gulf of Mexico, the Sonoran Desert and the Atlantic aboard a racing sailboat. Weather and terrain mark the silk, which is later re-stretched as paintings. A new indoor installation, Chord, continues changing during the run, alongside a video work.
