Edith Dekyndt: Notes on What is What

Belgian artist Edith Dekyndt's first solo show at Marian Goodman takes Aldous Huxley's novel Island as a starting point and draws on her time on Fogo Island and Ibiza. Fishing ropes fused with glass, 3D prints on olive, pine and petrified wood, large textiles and a video work let materials carry traces of time and place. On view through October 24.
