Use Me, I'm Fragile
Closing soon · Sep 16 – Oct 23Japan
A group show at The Future Perfect's New York gallery that uses glass to ask what makes an object useful, and why we grow attached to things we hesitate to handle. About 25 artists and studios contribute lighting, furniture, vases, mirrors and sculptural pieces that sit between design and art. The exhibition frames fragility as a condition that calls for care rather than a weakness. It runs through October 23.
