Titán opened in June 2026 at 5 Front Street in DUMBO, a restaurant inspired by Northern Mexico and, in its own words, built for its Brooklyn neighbors The aim is a place locals can return to regularly rather than a one-visit destination. Chef and partner Alan Delgado runs the kitchen, and bar director and partner Ivy Mix leads the drinks program Lauren Broder, managing partner, handled the design, and Julian Brizzi is also a managing partner A standout on the menu is oysters finished with bone marrow butter At the bar, the cocktails are wood-fired, which echoes the fire-driven cooking in the kitchen. The other draw is the vine-covered backyard, a green retreat set back from DUMBO's cobblestones and bridge crowds Brunch is served on weekends, so the garden works for a long daytime meal as well as an evening drink. Hours are Monday to Thursday 5 to 10pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 11pm, and Sunday 11am to 10pm, with brunch from 11am to 3pm on weekends Dinner, drinks and brunch menus are posted on the restaurant's website, and gift cards are available It's an easy stop after a walk across the Brooklyn or Manhattan Bridge.
