The Studio Museum in Harlem presents work by its 2026 artists in residence, Derriann Pharr, Simonette Quamina and Taylor Simmons, the first cohort to work in the museum's new building. Each takes a different approach to figuration, using painting, collage, printmaking, drawing, sculpture and mixed media. The pieces draw on cultural memory and the feel of remembering or dreaming. On view through January 3, 2027.
