The Frick Collection on the Upper East Side holds its free after-hours evening, Louis Vuitton First Fridays, on Friday, Nov. 6, from 5:30 to 9 p.m. The galleries and special exhibitions stay open after the museum's regular day, so visitors can see them in a quieter, evening setting.

Drinks and food are available, and the program includes talks and live music in the Garden Court. It works as an art visit and as an easy place to meet people after work.

Only children ages 10 and older are admitted. Advance registration has closed, but walk-up visitors are welcome. Frick members need no ticket or reservation.

The series runs on the first Friday of every month except January and September. Louis Vuitton is the principal cultural sponsor from June 2026 through May 2027. The next installment is Dec. 4.

The museum is at 1 East 70th Street. All public areas are wheelchair accessible, and gallery talks will offer free assistive listening devices. Live American Sign Language interpretation for talks is available on request, with two weeks' notice preferred. Accessibility questions can go to accessibility@frick.org.
