Converse Japan will release the T-Bone Slide Moccasin Boa on November 20, 2026, a cold-weather slip-on that the brand's own page describes as a hands-free shoe. You step in without bending down or crushing the heel.

The boa treatment is the point. Fur trims the collar and lines the interior, so the shoe is warm from the first wear. Underneath sits a thick foam sole in a running-shoe style, which gives the soft moccasin shape some extra volume.

It comes in two colorways, black and chestnut, at ¥10,890 (about $68). A version without the boa is also offered, for anyone who wants the same silhouette with less fluff.

The shoe is listed on Converse Japan's online shop. It is a Japan-market release, but it should interest New Yorkers who want an easy on-and-off pair for the colder months, whether for quick errands or around the apartment. Those with family or friends in Japan, or travel plans there, may find it worth picking up.
