Kith has brought Giorgio Armani and ASICS together for the first time, as part of its Dreams of the Dune collection. The vehicle is the ASICS GEL-MAI 0.1, released in two collaborative versions.
The starting point was the desert palette that runs through the collection. Both styles are built from premium hairy suede and nubuck, with leather footbeds inside. The tactile, dune-like materials give the running-derived silhouette a quieter, more luxurious character. The pairs arrive in custom packaging, a detail collectors will appreciate.
