Nike will release the Women's Rejuven8 Run 4x4 on Nov. 18 at 3 p.m. on its SNKRS platform. The shoe is a winterized take on the Rejuven8 recovery shoe, which was originally named Rejuven8 WNTR. It costs $145.

The main change is the upper. Nike swapped the cage-like outer layer of the standard model for shaggy suede, which it says will keep wearers snug all season. For anyone who wants their recovery shoe to look the part in colder months, that is the obvious draw.

Inside is a removable bootie. Nike pitches it as a way to mosey around without a care, and says that stepping into the full upper brings big comfort from cushy foam and encapsulated Air. The sole is chunky and black, which gives the shoe a heavier look than its warm-weather sibling.

The shoe comes in two colorways, Smoke Grey and Linen. The release page covers the Smoke Grey and Black version, style IU3143-001. Nike frames the pair around a simple idea: a recovery day is no reason not to put some style into your footwear.

For New Yorkers, the timing fits. Temperatures drop in November, and a warm, easy-to-slip-on shoe suits post-run recovery or a long day on foot. The release is on SNKRS, Nov. 18 at 3 p.m.
