Henry Zankov, the founder of New York label ZANKOV, has teamed up with Banana Republic on a limited-edition holiday capsule. The 27-piece collection went on sale October 20, 2026, after a one-day early-access window on October 19 for Encore loyalty members. Prices run from $90 to $600, and the pieces are sold at select Banana Republic stores and on BananaRepublic.com.
ZANKOV launched in 2020 and is known for bold color, rich texture and an irreverent take on dressing. Zankov won the CFDA American Emerging Designer of the Year Award in 2024. The capsule spans menswear, womenswear and accessories, cut with relaxed proportions and universal sizing so the pieces can be mixed freely.
Knitwear leads the line. The Auden sweater is brushed cashmere in vivid stripes inspired by vintage sportswear. The Sasha cardigan comes in navy and pistachio stripes, and the Frankie polo adds a pop of malachite green on the placket. The Lucien Fair Isle jacquard sweater is made with a proprietary wool yarn.
Zankov also dug into Banana Republic's archives. The Helene, a paneled leather and suede pencil skirt, reworks a 1986 style with similar construction. The Mateo, a deep burgundy leather bomber, carries a ZANKOV stripe at the interior cuff. The Lev reimagines a 1950s car coat in Italian wool from Prato, Tuscany, with a leather collar.
Accessories include reversible brushed-cashmere hats, colorful cashmere socks and scarves. The campaign, titled "Future Heirlooms," pairs photography by Andrew Jacobs with works by Belgian artist Katrien de Blauwer.
