Tokyo label WACKO MARIA and NANGA, the Japanese maker known for its down products, have released a seven-piece outerwear capsule for fall/winter 2026, starting October 31.
The lineup consists of a reversible MA-1 flight jacket, three down vests and three mountain parkas. Leopard print is the signature motif, appearing on four of the seven pieces, and faux fur versions are included. The vests run from a plain Down Vest to a Leopard Down Vest and a Leopard Faux Fur Down Vest, while the parkas follow a similar pattern with plain, leopard and leopard faux fur options.
The down pieces use an 85 percent down, 15 percent feather fill. The capsule takes two staples of cold-weather dressing, the military-derived MA-1 and the mountain parka, and gives them WACKO MARIA's trademark animal print.
On the brand's online store, both MA-1 colorways and several of the mountain parkas already show as sold out. The three down vests and the leopard faux fur mountain parka were still available at the time of writing. The capsule is sold through WACKO MARIA's flagship stores, its online store and authorized stockists.
For New Yorkers who follow Japanese streetwear, the online store is the most practical route, since the collaboration is tied to the brand's Tokyo flagships and dealer network.
