Banana Republic has unveiled a Fall/Winter 2026 collaboration with designer Henry Zankov. The brand frames it as "future heirlooms": pieces that bring together Banana Republic's heritage details and the knitwear designer's vibrant textures.

The range centers on knitwear but extends to clothing and accessories. It includes men's, women's and unisex styles, so the pieces are designed to be shared across wardrobes. Three ideas run through the collection: stripes, richly textured knits and reworked basics.

The official imagery gives a sense of the palette. One shot shows linked hands in plaid and mustard knit sleeves. Another shows crossed hands in a fluffy yellow sweater set against a blue and orange striped knit. Zankov describes the aim in his own words: "When we started imagining this collection we wanted to create a feeling that stays with you."

Banana Republic has given the collaboration its own "ZANKOV" section in the site's main navigation, with a dedicated collection page for browsing the pieces. As temperatures fall in New York, a single bold striped or textured knit is an easy way to change up a layered outfit built on familiar basics.
