NYC Sneaker Watch: Nike Air Force 1 Mid '07 LV8 "Baroque Brown" in All Chocolate Leather

Nike has released a new colorway of the Air Force 1 Mid '07 LV8 called "Baroque Brown." The upper is done entirely in chocolate-brown leather, set on the Air platform sole and the mid-cut silhouette the model is known for.

Because the look is a single deep tone from top to bottom, it pairs easily with the outerwear, denim and knitwear of fall and winter. Brown leather adds a calm, grounded note to a cold-weather wardrobe.

The pair is priced at ¥19,800, about $125, and is available now on Nike's Japan site, where it is listed as a men's shoe.

Nike operates stores in New York, and the Air Force 1 has long been a staple on the city's streets. A mid-cut with this much leather and a single rich color should sit comfortably alongside a New York winter wardrobe.
