Ralph Lauren, the New York-founded label, is building a new handbag family called Polo Blaze for Fall 2026. The name refers to the white marking that runs down a horse's face, and the collection turns the house's long-running equestrian theme into a line meant to be developed season after season. It debuted in Polo Ralph Lauren's Paris Fashion Week presentation, and The Impression reports that the company is positioning it as a foundational handbag collection within a wider effort to grow handbags as a lasting business.
There are three shapes: a Small Shoulder Bag, a Top Handle and a Large Shoulder Bag. The shoulder styles are long and curved, while the top handle is compact. The bags are made in tumbled and moto-inflected leathers, with contrast stitching, elongated straps and distinctive hardware defining the look. The Impression describes the result as Polo heritage carried through a leaner, urban frame.
Colors run across black, chestnut, currant, ash and petrol blue, with the palette varying by shape. Who What Wear notes that the design nods to traditional saddlery, with dimensional construction that gives those references a modern edge. The signature door-knocker hardware is inspired by vintage Polo bags from the 1990s. The outlet describes the bag as equally at home with a tailored coat or a pair of lived-in jeans.
The bags are available now on Ralph Lauren's website, ralphlauren.com, where each size and color has its own product page. For Japanese readers who know Polo Ralph Lauren well, Polo Blaze is a fresh example of the brand's riding-world roots reworked into a new accessories line.
