Bar à Part Opens in NYC's West Village: A Tiny Walk-In French Wine Bar Beside Zimmi's

Bar à Part, a small French wine bar in the West Village, opened at 4 p.m. on September 28 at 72 Bedford Street. It sits next to the French bistro Zimmi's and comes from the same team. According to WhatNow, citing Eater New York, Zimmi's chef Maxime Pradié, Jenni Guizio and wine director Cory Holt planned the project, which was announced in 2025. Pastry is led by Clodagh Manning, a native of Ireland who previously worked at London's Lyle's, now closed. Her work is already part of the Zimmi's experience and is also on offer here. The Infatuation lists the bar as a good fit for date nights, great wine, drinks with a light bite and walk-ins.
