Time Out Market's second New York site sits on the ground floor of 124 East 14th Street, between Third and Fourth avenues, in an office building known as Zero Irving. It opened in late September 2025 and is the brand's 13th market worldwide. At roughly 10,000 square feet, it is far smaller than the 24,000-square-foot Dumbo market that opened in 2019, and the company calls it its first "neighborhood" format.

Inside are seven kitchens, a bar and a stage, with communal tables and about 300 seats, around 70 of them on the outdoor terrace. The bar serves signature cocktails, craft beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks.

The official site lists several current vendors. Kam Rai Thai, from a Bangkok-raised chef and his partner, serves smoky grilled pork buns, khao soi with confit chicken, Hat Yai fried chicken with sticky rice and pad see ew. Smashed, from Mark Mendaros, is one of the names behind the city's smash-burger wave and also offers a vegan burger. Jase's BBQ brings Caribbean-style barbecue from a Tobago-born cook, including brisket in a passionfruit sauce and jerk wings. Mariposa Taqueria, led by Yucatán-born chef Fredy Cetina, does West Coast-style Mexican: street tacos, skinny burritos and house-made tamales. BKLYN Wild, from chef Ivy Stark, focuses on plant-forward bowls and vegan comfort dishes such as a chili cheese wrap.
The Rotisserie Haus joined on May 22, from the Smashed team. Its herb-marinated roasted chicken comes as a quarter or half bird with a choice of sides, and there is a New York strip steak frites and a Nutella banana crepe. Weekday lunch specials, a roasted chicken or steak sandwich, are $14.
At launch, press coverage also named Kwame Onwuachi's Patty Palace, Kebabwala, Taqueria El Chato, Lori Jayne, Fornino, Paninoteca by Anthony and pastries from Épicerie Boulud.
For Japanese readers, the brand also runs a Time Out Market in Osaka. The Union Square market is open Sunday to Thursday 11am to 10pm and Friday and Saturday 8am to 11pm.
