The Future Perfect's New York gallery is now showing a two-person presentation of work by Rafi Ajl and Natalia Triantafylli. The gallery shared the show on its official Instagram on October 26.

The premise is a conversation between materials. Glass, ceramic and 3D-printed pieces sit together in the space, and the gallery describes each artist as having a personality of their own, with the pairing proving a strong one.

The mix is the draw. Glass and clay carry the texture of the hand, while 3D printing comes out of digital fabrication; seeing them in one room makes it easy to compare how each material behaves and what each artist does with it. For anyone interested in contemporary design and craft, it offers several techniques in a single visit.

The installation was photographed by David Sierra. The show is currently on view at the gallery in New York.
