SEY is a Brooklyn-based coffee roastery. Depending on the season, they source beans from Ethiopia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Honduras, and other places around the world. While focusing mainly on wholesale, they also operate a café on Gratton Street in Bushwick, where young artists gather. In addition to coffee, they also have rare teas and pastries. You can see many murals, a characteristic of Bushwick, in this area, so I recommend buying a cup of coffee and taking a walk. Unusually in the U.S., SEY does not require tipping.
