Lincoln Center Theater, at 150 West 65th Street on the Upper West Side, hosts Come & Sing: Broadway Finales on November 8. It is a free, all-ages community singalong, built around participation rather than watching: everyone in the room sings.

The program centers on two show-closing numbers. One is "Aquarius / Let the Sunshine In" from Hair; the other is "Children Will Listen" from Into the Woods. Both are famous finales that suit a full room of voices.

Ben Bram leads the session. Brooke Ishibashi and Sasha Allen join as guests.

The afternoon also serves as a tribute to Gavin Creel, the Broadway performer known for his work in Hair and many other productions. Singing these songs together is the way the event remembers him.

Admission is free. Pre-registration is recommended, though walk-ins are welcome. No musical training is needed, so it suits theater fans, families and anyone who wants to sing Broadway songs aloud with a crowd.
