Resy's NYC Wine Hit List Fall 2026 Adds Noury in SoHo, Oriana in Nolita and Three More

Resy refreshed its New York Wine Hit List on Oct. 22, 2026, adding five venues: Café Brume, Cavalier, Kru, Noury and Oriana. The list is written by Vicki Denig, a wine, food and travel journalist who splits her time between New York and Paris. It now totals 20 entries, expanded to match the broader Resy Hit List, and Resy says it will add new entries each quarter.

The five newcomers cover a wide range. Café Brume is an Alpine spot in Brooklyn Heights ($). Cavalier, in Two Bridges, serves Mediterranean food ($). Kru is a Thai restaurant in Williamsburg listed as KRU Brooklyn ($). Noury is a Japanese restaurant in SoHo ($$), the entry most likely to catch a Japanese reader's eye. Oriana, in Nolita, is American and sits at the top price tier ($$$). Resy notes that prices are subject to change.

The rest of the list includes places the guide describes in detail. Lei in Chinatown comes from Annie Shi, partner and beverage director of King and of Jupiter at Rockefeller Center, and pairs wine with chef Patty Lee's Chinese-inflected small plates. Stars in the East Village has 12 bar stools, a U-shaped zinc bar and a 60-page list that includes 88 bottles at $88 or less; it takes walk-ins only. Borgo in the Flatiron is Andrew Tarlow's first Manhattan restaurant, with wine director Lee Campbell keeping 15 wines by the glass on rotation. With Others in Williamsburg, led by Shanna Nasiri, brings in local chefs for mini residencies.

Also on the list: Capitaine, Bar Chimera, Smithereens, I Cavallini, La Compagnie Wine Bar Flatiron, Bar Bête, Noreetuh, Aldo Sohm Wine Bar, Leon's, Liar Liar and il Buco. Most venues can be booked through Resy.
