One Times Square, the Midtown building that hosts the Times Square New Year's Eve Ball, is holding a one-day engraving event on Nov. 12. It runs from 3 to 5 p.m.
The engraver is Richard White, a Waterford master cutter, who will work by hand on site. Two kinds of pieces are on offer: genuine crystal pieces from the New Year's Eve ball, starting at $140, and Waterford champagne flutes at $230.
Taking part requires a ticket to either the Skywalk Viewing Deck or the NYE Ball Experience. The Skywalk is an open-air deck with 360-degree views of Times Square and the city. The Ball Experience lets visitors see the Ball up close for photos and walk through an interactive history of Times Square. Entry is timed, and tickets are sold online through the building's website.
The building also offers an add-on to take home a 2026 Waterford crystal from the newest version of the Ball, The Constellation Ball. A personalized piece made by hand could suit holiday gifting or serve as a keepsake of a New York visit.
The address is 1475 Broadway. The 42 St–Times Square station (1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, W, S) is closest. Bryant Park (B, D, F, M) and Port Authority (A, C, E) are also within walking distance.
