Bryant Park's Bank of America Winter Village opens Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2026, at noon. The Midtown seasonal village combines The Rink, a set of Holiday Shops, and The Lodge, a bar and food hall. The rink and the Lodge run daily through Feb. 28, 2027.
The 17,000-square-foot rink is free to enter. Skaters who bring their own skates pay nothing, though everyone needs a reserved time slot, and own-skate tickets are released daily for dates one week out. Rental skates run $18.72 to $64.48 before tax, with lower prices at off-peak times. Sizes range from kids 6T to adult 14. Helmets are free, and skate aids are free before 10:30am, subject to availability.
Most sessions give 50 minutes on the ice, starting 20 minutes after the ticket time. The Express Lane ($87.52 with rental skates) skips the line and stretches skating to 75 minutes. Premium Skate ($156 to $182) adds a skate concierge, snacks and a drink, access to the Polar Lounge, bag check and extra ice time. Paying online with a Bank of America card takes 10% off eligible rentals.
The Rink is open 8am to 10pm, until midnight from Nov. 19 to Jan. 3. The Lodge is open 10am to 10pm, until 11:30pm in that stretch. Holiday Shops open 11am to 8pm on weekdays and 10am to 8pm on weekends. The rink runs rain or shine but may close in severe weather.
For thinner crowds, go on a weekday morning, before Thanksgiving or after the new year. Tickets, rentals and skating lessons are booked through the reservation button on the Bryant Park website.
