Fany Gerson, the founder of Dough, the donut store that became a cult favorite in Brooklyn and took New York City by storm, has opened a new donut store between Clinton Hill and Bed-Stuy in 2020. The dough for the donuts is made with yeast and is fluffy, soft, and more like bread than a juicy donut.
