Blank Street Coffee is a New York-based coffee venture that was born from the idea of two college students attending New York University and Columbia University, and is now rapidly increasing the number of coffee shops. The concept is to provide the same quality and experience as a trendy café, but at a price point where even students can enjoy a good cup of coffee every day, so the company operates with a focus on innovation and eliminating wasteful budgets. For example, by daring to set the espresso machine to automatic rather than manual, the company has thought to reduce staff training costs and easily tap into the coffee boom trend without spending extra money.

Popular store with over 20 stores in New York and Brooklyn.

The company has more than 20 stores in Manhattan and Brooklyn combined, and the number is expanding rapidly. Brooklyn as a whole has a total of 12 stores in major areas such as DUMBO, Boerum Hill, and Park Slope, as well as three stores in Williamsburg. The Wythe Street location, which is home to popular stores such as Muji and Glossier, has a lovely mint-colored mobile vendor, the symbol of Blank Street Coffee, where customers can enjoy their coffee on an open-air terrace. Blank Street Coffee is attracting so much attention worldwide that it is being called the next Starbucks, so be sure to check it out when you are in New York City!

Innovative bagel store breathing new life into the New York bagel world

LEON'S BAGELS opened at the end of 2023 along Bedford Avenue in Williamsburg and quickly became a popular store with long lines of customers every day. With a clean white exterior and a simple, yet striking green logo under the eaves, it is hard to believe that this is a bagel store, but the store has a sophisticated appearance. The first store opened in Manhattan's Greenwich Village, and a second store opened soon after in Williamsburg. The name LEON, which is also used in the store name, was inspired by the owner's grandfather, who valued community. The store's theme is "Nothing Fancy," based on the belief that only simple and delicious bagels can unite people, and stylish original goods such as key chains, caps, and tote bags with the words "Nothing Fancy" designed on them are also available for sale.
